Susan Simons, senior program assistant 685-4923 x303 Susan joined the Adult Ed team part-time in 1996, and full time in 2003, following a long association with Maranacook. Her husband Ron taught industrial/graphic arts in the early
years of MCS; their children Lacy, Tim, and Dan are all MCS graduates. Susan's work here as Program Assistant utilizes her many years of experience running a small business, and the evening hours work well with her night-owl tendencies. Susan also loves theater (she is a former member of the board of trustees at the Theater at Monmouth), reading, kayaking, and obsessing about Albert Brooks movies and David Sedaris books.
Sue Gadberry, program assistant 685-4923 x303 Sue joined the Adult Ed team part-time in February 2009 to coordinate adult ed marketing efforts and maintain our web sites. She has degrees in journalism and political science and has
worked as a Congressional staffer and press secretary in Washington, DC, a newspaper reporter and editor in Colorado and Maine, and as an Alpine skiing and windsurfing instructor. For the past 12 years, she has owned and operated a creative services business doing desktop publishing, writing and editing. Sue lives in Manchester with her husband, golden retriever and, when they are home from college, the couple's two sons.
