Accuplacer™
In collaboration with Kennebec Valley Community College, we offer the college entrance exam called Accuplacer™. This test will provide information about your level of skills and accomplishments in reading, writing, English and mathematics. Your college may use the scores you receive to help determine the English, mathematics, and reading courses most appropriate for you at this time. The testing is administered via the Internet in our computer lab.
Test scores may show that remedial work is needed to get you ready for college level courses. Courses are available in reading, writing, English and math to get you up to speed. You may retake the test at the end of your studies to determine if you are ready for college level courses.

Career Counseling
Adult Education Director Deb Bomaster offers career guidance and counseling at MCS-ACE. We welcome the opportunity to help you as you develop your future educational or career plans. These free services include one-on-one career and educational counseling, as well as computer-assisted college and career research.
